After the soft pitch, it may be necessary to Demo the DM.
The human-to-computer (HTC) is the call to action or directive to hop on a computer or smartphone so that you can show them or resolve the issue that you brought up in your value statement. This coincides with the transition to the DM or NDM getting onto a computer, hence the name human-to-computer (HTC).
“All I need you to do is hop into your business owner’s account and I will walk you through it. It will just take a few minutes. “
“I will send you a password reset so you can simply click to login. Do you have access to the <email address> email right now?”
“Let me show you” are key words to transition to the computer called the HTC or human to computer. The HTC is a key metric to measure how well you are converting open calls into pitch opportunities.
